Bollinger County Sex Offenders

Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statues Chapter
589, the Bollinger County Sheriff's Department
maintains a list of sex offenders residing in
Bollinger County who are required to register
under Section 589.400 RSMo. A list of sex
offenders is being offered on this website as a
public service to citizen's who may need this
information for the protection and well-being of
their families. This list contains the names of
registered sex offenders who reside in Bollinger
County only.

Every effort is continuously made to keep this list
current and accurate as possible. The Sheriff's
Department cannot guarantee the accuracy of this
information. Offenders may have moved and
failed to notify this office, which is required by
law. Please contact the Sheriff's Department or
your local law enforcement agency for
verification of an offender's status. If you have
reason to believe that any of the information

this site is inaccurate or you know of someone
who is in violation of the Registered Sex Offender
Statute, please contact this office at

589.402 RSMo - "The chief law enforcement
officer of the county may maintain a web page on
the Internet, which shall be open to the public
and shall include a registered sexual offender
search capability."

589.400 RSMo - "Registration of certain
offenders with chief law officers of county of
residence - - time limitation - - cities may request
copy of registration."

589.425 - "Any person who is required to
register pursuant to sections 589.400 to 589.425
and does not meet all requirements of sections
589.400 to 589.425 is guilty of a class A
misdemeanor, unless the person has been
convicted pursuant to chapter 566 of an
unclassified felony, class A felony, class B felony,
or any felony involving a child under the age of
fourteen, in which case the person is guilty of a
class D felony."
